Our Indigenous Program
Reward Group is committed to engaging Australian and Indigenous businesses and staff wherever possible.
Our Reward Group team are considerate to the Indigenous population, and understand the importance of giving preference to businesses and suppliers that are Indigenous owned or operated, and providing employment to the Indigenous community in an effort to support the communities in which we operate.
We endeavour to support the Commonwealth Government’s national priority to halve the employment gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.
We procure goods and services from the Indigenous and local communities wherever possible, and often use Indigenous employment services to source Indigenous employees and provide them with opportunities for employment. Once employed, we have a number of training programs to upskill Indigenous employees and support their ongoing development.
